Update Payoff Flags and Link/Update Payoff Quote to Unit

Description: Instructions for reviewing and processing requests to mark properties or units as Paid Off in LMS, includes updating associated Payoff Quote(s) and confirming correct linkage between units, property records, and payoff history.

Context and Common Situations 

These requests typically appear in tickets where the requester needs: 

• A property and/or one or more units marked as Paid Off 
• A property and/or one or more units marked as Paid Off AND the Loan  Status needs marked at Paid Off/Inactive 
• Payoff Dates or Amounts need to be added to a Payoff Quote 
• Correcting Errors with incorrectly marked properties and units 

Important Considerations & Best Practices 

• Determine the type of Update needed: Property + Units OR Unit-only. 

• • If Property + Units: Flags must be updated at both the Property and Unit levels & The payoff quote must be linked to all units involved. 

• • If Unit-only: Only the Unit-level flags are updated. 

• Always review the Payoff Quotes: 

• • Ensure the correct Paid Off Date is provided to developers . 

• • Confirm that the correct unit(s) are listed in the quote. 

• Verify with Payoffs Team (Lisa / Payoff Specialists) when needed: 

• • For example, confirming last units paid off or ensuring correct payoff history  

Instructions 

To Update the Payoff Flags for Properties and Units & to Link and Update Payoff Quotes to Units – Submit a Ticket to the Developers:  

1. Task Name: Identifiable Title w/ loan number 
2. Developer Description: Provide Where / What (sometimes Why) to Identify exactly what item is being modified, its location etc. 
   a.  Provide a screenshot of the item
3. Repro/Pathway: Reproduction Steps & Links: Provide step-by-step navigation to the affected area in LMS, including URLs and screenshots when possible.
